She graduated in Law at the University of Padua in 2005 and she obtained the licence to practise law. at the Court of Appeal of Venice in 2009.
In January 2011, she founded Soccol Law Firm, within which he mainly deals with the administrative responsibility of the Entities (D.lgs. n. 231/2001) and the processing of personal data, in particular related to the use of new technologies.
She is a legal consultant for the administrative liability of entities for various State-owned/controlled enterprises and she is also a member of the Supervisory Board of nationally important companies.
She follows projects concerning the creation of digital platforms, also in blockchain mode, or relating to Internet of Things and artificial intelligence.
She is Data Protection Officer (DPO) for educational institutions, for companies that develop telemedicine applications and for private clinics.
She is also interested in promoting training in the legal field, in its specific areas of expertise, by organizing and conducting conferences and courses at the University of Padua, trade associations and training companies.
She has been a member of the Bellisario Foundation since June 2016.
